𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: part time, on site Skills: Troubleshooting, Problem Solving, Help Desk & Ticketing Systems, Windows & macOS Support, Basic Networking Responsibilities: (1) Provide first- or second-level support and resolve customer issues. (2) Work with vendors for complex AV issues. (3) Maintain ticket updates and communicate issue status. (4) Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, (5) Cisco Jabber, printers, and hardware. (6) Basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple users. (7) Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripherals. (8) Troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.
