The Opportunity – Integration and Development Technician We are looking for an Integration and Development Technician to support the development and integration of ITSM solutions in a high-impact public sector project. Requirements: -3 years or more of experience in similar roles; -Certification in ITSM solutions; -Experience in integrating and developing on EasyVista; -Software development skills; and -Experience in platform integration. Valued Skills: -Certification in ITSM EasyVista; -Experience in two or more ITSM EasyVista projects; -Experience and knowledge in .NET; and/or -Experience with CRM Platforms and SharePoint. Personal Skills: -Problem-solving mindset and technical adaptability. -Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
