Web Project Manager (Design & Documentation)

We’re a growing company looking for a versatile professional to oversee web projects from concept to launch. If you thrive on creating great designs, clear documentation, and smooth project coordination, join us!

Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Gather requirements, create project specs, and track deadlines.
- Design & Documentation: Use web design skills to produce diagrams, flows, and clear instructions for developers.
- Content & Translation: Prepare text, manage translations (Fluent English required; French is a plus).
- Legal Text: Draft or refine legal documents (e.g., T&Cs, Cookie Notices) with AI assistance.
- Team Collaboration: Act as the link between design, development, and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proven experience in web design or UI/UX (portfolio welcome).
- Some background in digital project management or coordination.
- Fluent English (mandatory); Portuguese & French are a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, including with AI tools.
