We are looking for a Quality Tester to work in a project in Lisbon area. What are we looking for? - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies (mandatory); - Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA, Xray, TestRail, or similar; -Passionate about Quality and obsessed with Digital Experiences; -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; -Critical mindset, continuously challenging the status quo and asking insightful "why" questions to drive innovation and improvement; -Strong communication and interpersonal skills; -Collaborative “no silos” approach to addressing issues based on continuous open communication; -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; -Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality; -A disciplined approach to test execution; -Experienced in using modern Agile Quality Assurance methodologies; -Minimum 3 years of experience in quality testing, preferably in an engineering or technology-focused company; -Certification in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB) is valued.
