We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team to creating and enhancing user experiences and interfaces for digital products of our International client. The UX/UI Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand and meet user needs of our client. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital platforms. • Conduct usability testing and gather insights for iterative improvements. • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes. • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product. • Provide design support throughout the development lifecycle. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. • Experience with responsive design for various devices and screen sizes. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to iterate designs based on user feedback and testing. • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of front-end development. • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Fluent English Preferred Skills: • Experience with animation and micro-interactions. • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
