Considered one of the largest river cruise operators in the world, MysticInvest integrates DouroAzul, the largest river cruise operator in Portugal, distinguished, several times, as the best river cruise company in Europe and Nicko Cruises, which operates more than two dozens of hotel ships on three continents. In 2019, MysticInvest reinforced its internationalization strategy with the launch of Mystic Cruises, a company dedicated to oceanic cruises that aims to have a fleet of 10 expedition cruise ships operating over the next decade. In addition to these companies, Atlas Ocean Voyage, DouroLegend, DouroHeritage and DouroAzul Talents are currently part of MysticInvest.

Job Description:

We are strengthening our team by hiring an Business Solutions Manager (m/f).

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering business solutions support, enhancements, and process improvement to our organization, including driving systems integration, user functionality, managing issues, investigating, tracking, solving problems, provide training, and project management.

To lead the support and continuous improvement of business applications and transform processes, working together with business process owners / business partners
Manage the applicational portfolio / architecture
Planning & Change Management.

General tasks:

ERP Management / Change Management
Business Process Mapping
Gather business requirements for system functionality
Project / Delivery Management
Solution Customization
Supervise Developments & Systems Integration
Provide orientation, best practices and training to end-users
Troubleshooting & User Support
Support maintenance, update, upgrades & migrations
Vendor / Suppliers Contract Management
Master Data Quality and liaison with BI / Data Analytics

Education:

Degree on Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent.

Experience:

Experience with implementation and support of ERP, HR, CRM. PMS systems is highly advisable
Sound understanding of business process (Finance, HR, Logistics, …)
Implementation and integration of software and business systems
Demonstrates vision on how processes are interrelated
Acting as an internal consultant to the business
Contact with GDPR is advisable
Problem solving oriented
Ability to raise requirements and conduct research into systems issues and products as required
Ability to write RfP with business & technical specs/requirements.

Technologies:

Knowledge about process modelling tools (eg Bizagi) and architecture frameworks (eg TOGAF):
Ability to model data, information flows, and business processes
Technical aptitude such as experience with programming languages (.NET, C#, Java), SQL, DB Administration, relational databases is recommendable
Operation on Cloud/On-Prem and Windows and Linux Systems environments
Basic networking and cybersecurity knowledge is advisable

Soft Skills:

English Proficiency: Mandatory
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Planning & Project management capabilities
Demonstrates a good level of relationship with peers and top-level executives
Experience on multinational / multicultural contexts
Travel as required (small periods).
