Dellent Consulting is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services that connects the best talents to the best projects.

We are looking for 4 Incident Manager's for our team in Porto.

What are we looking for?

3 years of experience in applicative production/supervision;
Experience in IT Production (linux, windows, network architecture);
Knowledge of ITIL;
Experience with Service Now, Outlook and Microsoft Office;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Good communication skills;
Solid adaptation skills and positive team spirit;
Fluency in English.
Fluency in French (nice to have).

Responsabilities:

Incident Analysis, priority validation and information verification;
Stakeholders identification for incident resolution and routing accordingly;
Crisis cell creation if needed;
Incident resolution follow-up until resolution;
Respect of defined delivery times and escalation if needed;
Incident resolution debrief;
Reporting.
