Location: Oriente Lisbon Company: Google - American IT company. Its flagship product is the Google search engine, and its declared mission - "to organize the world's information resources so that they become widely available and useful for everyone. We are looking for German speaking employees for our team in Lisbon to support our customers. Project starts 19.10.2022 ! Your tasks: Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, social messaging channels (as assigned) Ability to adapt the brands voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, ecommerce reviews)channels. Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented Respond to inbound customer requests , document relevant case information Our expectations: EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal You speak native German (C2) You speak English (B2) You are living in Lisbon or ready to move there You like interacting with people We offer: Full time employment [Shedules: Monday to Sunday 8 am to 5 pm (40h per week)] Work in the company office in Lisbon Oriente Permanent contract with 3 months of trial period Online hiring proces Competetive salary and bonus system: 1000 gross x 14 months up to 100 performance bonus/month + signing bonus: 3000 (additional 750 paid after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months) Meal allowance 7.23 NET per day Flight ticket reimbursement after 6 months Possibility of accommodation in a company - owned apartment Health Insurance after 6 months Send your CV by email ---@--- We look forward to you ! |
