  • Identify and eliminate impediments and dependencies identified by the product team;

  • Implement Agile best practices, coaching and helping the team;

  • Reinforce Agile principles and values, making sure each element fulfils its role;

  • In the retrospective, making sure that actions are defined, and follow up with those actions;

  • Support Product Owner in the refinement of User Stories;

  • Making sure that the "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done" are followed by the team;

  • Schedule all the Agile cerimonies;

  • Foster maximum collaboration within the teams and with other teams;

  • Protect the Agile Team from external influences;

  • Help the team in achieving the deliverables and performance according to the product vision;
