Our Agency We deliver software that drives value creation. Our teams develop digital platforms, implement trailblazing projects with blockchain technology and accelerate supply chain automation through IoT. For each project, we develop a joint vision and an ideal implementation strategy together with our clients and partners. And then? We get to work building the right technological solution. We are experts in platform models and deliver suitable technologies for every project – whether for marketplaces that bring together many users in different roles, B2B procurement platforms that map large assortments and product data volumes or service platforms that establish completely new usage models. Our front-end developers Our frontend developers develop high-performance user interfaces with modern frontend stacks. Together with talented colleagues, they design and implement applications based on Javascript and related technologies. They take responsibility for themselves, their work and their team, are experienced and do not shy away from discussions. In addition, they are design-savvy and seamlessly transfer the drafts of the UX/UI unit into code. By attending conferences and meetups, our frontend developers stay on the cutting edge. They leave their mark on our own events and conferences by giving talks or running hackathons. They remain inquisitive, have a sense of humor and demonstrate character when it matters. Our Tech Stack We work with current technologies such as Vue and React, and use bundlers such as Webpack, Vite and Parcel among them, as well as modern development tools such as Jest, Storybook and Cypress. Some projects may require dealing with relics like Gulp or Bootstrap, others use Vuetify, Chakra or MUI. We have also used modern tools such as Next.js, Gatsby or ionic. Depending on the requirements of the project, we work with CSS preprocessing or JSS frameworks like Sass or Styled, but we mostly appreciate the advantages of Tailwind CSS for declaratively styled components. Most of our code is written in Typescript, leaving the choice of preferred IDE to our colleagues. But we’re not closed off. Win us over with something new and we’ll change the course. Our Workflow We give you room for creativity. Make project or development recommendations, take the initiative and assume responsibility. That’s how code libraries, new processes and a company spin-off in Portugal all came to be. Work-life balance isn’t just a buzzword for us. Some of us love our four-day work week, while others prefer to work fully remotely from home or on an island. You can become the designer of your own agency if you use the freedom to fill this space. We work in interdisciplinary Scrum and Kanban teams, which are always arranged based on the project and each have their own specific freedoms. As a result, we are agile, flexible and facilitate the best solution, not the ego. We believe nothing is better than working in a team. Our pair or even mob programming as a standard proves it.
