Your new role

You will create a business development strategy for the growth of the IT Contracting business and manage all sales activities whilst generating a revenue stream. You will monitor and evaluate individuals' performance, provide on-the-job coaching and build a powerful team culture committed to the Hays values. Your responsibility lies in meeting sales targets by your own, but also to manage new starters in the team. You will be encouraging a high-performance culture, as well as guiding people to develop their capabilities. The successful person will naturally lead from the front, inspiring and motivating the team and defining specific goals and clear KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a customer-centric professional with a consultative, solutions-orientated sales style who can generate new projects and maximise existing relationships.

You will be an experienced Key Account Manager with knowledge of the tech market looking to progress your career by taking on this exciting new IT Contracting recruitment business in Portugal from the start. This is a chance to be involved right from the very start in an opportunity that will receive high visibility from the regional board and has all the components to be a highly profitable business.
