● Together with our Talent Operations team, you are at the forefront of sourcing the right freelancers for our customers’ projects, allowing us to scale quickly while delivering high-quality profiles ● You will have the chance to develop yourself and exceed your knowledge related to freelancer recruiting Your mission at Casana ● Help to find and hire freelance experts by attracting top-notch tech talent to join Casana’s freelance community ● Identify and approach suitable candidates via various channels such as LinkedIn, Xing ● Develop and implement new ideas and measures (e.g. candidate approach, news channels, etc.) ● Support in the interview process (screening, virtual interviews, and technical case studies) ● Support in ensuring a “perfect match” between customers and candidates ● Initiate and implement process improvements and new measures What you need to be successful ● 2+ years of experience in Tech Recruiting ● University degree. Master's preferred ● Deep understanding of the global talent pool and sourcing strategies ● Outcome focused on the ability to proactively take initiative, use good judgment to prioritize requests, and enjoy applying creativity in an entrepreneurial environment ● A positive personality that is tied to a strong desire for personal growth and a drive to learn more about digital and IT-related topics ● Very strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ● Fluency in English and German Reasons to join us ● Competitive fixed salary and uncapped variable remuneration.
