Head of Digital Growth (m/f)
Responsible for selling VOQIN' solutions to prospective customers in the global Market. Using a consultative sales approach, the successful candidate will be the primary contact with higher-tier revenue customers and have the responsibilities of demoing VOQIN's platform, successfully navigating a proof of concept, and negotiating contracts.

- Lead and develop a subset of Voqin top accounts, mainly focused on the international Market.
- Research and create outreach strategies to expand our footprint in specific regions.
- Your focus is acquiring new business and selling the Voqin Human to Human Service platform.
- Target account selling (prospecting/lead generation, qualification and scoping, closing strategies, negotiations, etc)
- Identify low-hanging fruits in order to generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation.
- Effectively advise & influence customers through consultative selling techniques & meaningful marketing campaigns.
- Develop a strategy and objectives for each account in order to align and facilitate the best practise for each use case and to predict the expansion opportunity
- Communicate effectively all opportunities and customer details in the CRM, with the account team and relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts and successful adoption.
- English at a native level.
- Significant experience selling SaaS solutions to C level executives and experience in discussing strategic business issues at Director and C level
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- You are passionate about educating potential clients on solutions that are applicable to their situation and helping them understand how the platform can drive a return on investment for them
- You engage with clients at all points of the sales cycle - from prospecting and acquiring clients, through demoing the Voqin solutions, to negotiating and closing, and beyond.
- You have the agility to adapt, pivot and change your approach based on the needs of your business
- Bachelor's degree
- Sales role with top companies in an international environment is a big plus
