Within this role, you are analyzing business needs, translating data into actionable insights and visualizing your findings to drive the commercial success of Just Eat Takeaway.com growth strategy in Portugal We are seeking an experienced business analyst, who knows both the business & technical world and can build logical/persuasive stories to executives on a daily basis As our #1 BI analyst, we’re counting on you to: You play a crucial role in defining the “why” behind each decision we make as a business, spanning from Sales, Operations, Customer Success, User Experience and User Behavior, packaging all the evidence up and presenting the outcome to the executive team Work directly with the Country Director supporting business direction, transforming data from our data warehouse as well as external data sources into actionable visuals in Tableau You help connect the dots among different sides of the business into one single dashboard, helping the team improve speed, building predictability into our growth models and automating processes Develop, work, and advice on statistical scoring models that create understanding of critical business challenges and opportunities Align with the central BI Team to define goals, share learnings and follow up on ongoing and future projects Can you deliver Here are the skills and experience we need from you 3+ years of working experience in a similar role, working directly with executive level supporting strategic decisions from statistical data analysis Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence tools, especially Tableau, are a must; knowledge of any other data analytics tools such as R, Python considered a plus Ability to translate business requirements into a technical approach to answer questions that come from business Ability to construct a logically structured story using the insight you get out of the data, in a business language fashion Familiar with B2B2C metrics: sales KPI, NPS, user cohorts, MAU, CAC, LTV, RFM Experience in E-Commerce, consulting firm or fast-scaling marketplace Fluent English (written & spoken), Portuguese is a plus Here’s our offer Big data!
