Apply now! descrição da função/job description Incident Support: Collect incidents through ticketing system; Analyze incidents according to priority; Propose and apply a solution to fix. Functional Support Requests: Collect functional support requests through ticketing system; Analyze and prioritize according to level of urgency; Answer requests. Small system evolution requests (SAP FI/CO customizing adaptations): Collect small systems evolution requests; Analyze the requests and design the solution; Customize, test and deliver the solution.
