DB2 Support (Second Level)

Founded in 1995, Noesis is an international tech consulting company offering services and solutions to support clients in digital transformation and the development of their businesses.

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
•  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related to the technical field, or equivalent experience;
•  At least 3 years of experience as second-line (L2 support) IT Production Support for a business within a fast-paced and competitive environment;
•  At least 2 years of experience providing Application Support for a high priority application;
•  Experience in Wealth management or private banking;
•  Strong technical skills in database concepts and web application;
•  Detail-oriented, analytical and excellent follow-through;
•  Fluent in English (verbal and written communication).

Technical knowledge:
•  Systems: User’s Oriented, Online Banking, KYC, and Clients’ attributes systems
•  Database: DB2
•  Java knowledge (incl. J2EE)
•  Other: Javascript, HTML5, Oracle, Unix Scripting
