Function: Process & Methods Engineer (m/f)

Desired Skills and expertise:
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
• More than 5 years' experience in IT domain: Workplace/Network;
• Mastery of ITIL process;
• Experience in Project Management;
• Experience with Agile techniques;
• Good knowledge of MS 365 (excel, powerpoint , sharepoint, teams);
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
