Function: Test Engineer (m/f)

Desired Skills and expertise:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field, or substantial practical experience of software delivery at an advanced level;
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles and technologies;
• Experience with Testing on an Agile environment;
• Expert in software testing methodologies, tools and processes;
• Experience in formulating and documenting comprehensive test plans and cases;
• Experience in automated and manual testing;
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle;
• Experience with Java (8 or superior) and Java Spring (4 or superior);
• Experience testing microservice architectures;
• Diligent with automated testing i.e. JUnit/Mockito/Cucumber, etc;
• Solid experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools;
• ISTQB certification or equivalent practical experience (preferential);
• Docker and TestContainers experience (preferential);
• Experience using AWS platform (preferential);
• Experience with Kafka middleware messaging service (preferential);
• Good knowledge of English;
• Some Spanish knowledge.
