Our client is an international software house with offices in Lisbon. They are looking for a person with the following requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a technology field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support and troubleshooting Content Management Systems (i.e. WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Joomla) - Know-how of browser developer tools - Experience with analysis of logs and stack traces - Experience in understanding the workflow and dependencies of our services and can easily analyse requirements and problems, develop and establish solutions - Experience in providing and explaining various reports regarding topics such as: system and application availability or reaction times and mean time to recovery - Fluent in English What we offer: - Good salary - A great international team - Teambuilding activities - The opportunity to learn and self-development Are you ready?
