We have headquarters in Lisbon and projects in several countries such as Belgium, United Kingdom, Chile and Canada. Crossjoin Solutions is looking for excellent talents to join our team and onboard high profile projects. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems; - 5+ years of experience in a similar position; - Skilled with different databases; - Experience working in an Operations environment;; - Availability to travel for medium-long period of times (mandatory); Responsibilities: - Identify operational risks to service and ensure mitigation actions are put in place; - Deal with incident and problem management (including root cause analysis), and personally act when required for major events, incidents and problems to limit the impact and prevent reoccurrence. - First escalation point for customers, run daily/out-of-hours calls when required to drive timely resolution. - Be familiar with writing and maintaining technical documentation that details system maintenance processes and procedures; - Educate and mentor developers on performance best practices and anti-patterns.
