ManpowerGroup is looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide an excellent customer service experience by answering inbound phone calls from customers and solving advanced technical issues while supporting one of the largest technology companies in the world.
What we are looking for:
- One year call center experience or face to face customer service experience (desirable);
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Ability to work a schedule which includes rotating shifts (8am - 8pm), weekends and holidays;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to research technical information across multiple tools while talking with customers.
