We are looking for a Client Service Representative for our team in Oeiras, Lisbon, Portugal. Opportunity to join a growing project in our company. Role: Technical support of CRM tools for Pharmaceutical Industry of EMEA clients. Interaction with internal teams linked to client’s projects. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Good English written, and oral communication; • Knowledge and Experience in Oracle and SQL databases; • Knowledge Microsoft suite tools; • Organization / Analytical and synthesis Capacity. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: • Knowledge and Experience in Salesforce platforms; • ITIL Framework; • Fluency on French written, and oral communication (nice to have); • Experience within pharma industry. Personal Skills: • Team work, proactive, autonomous. Education: • Relevant high school level degree. Availability: • Immediate. · Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends off). • If you're not a EU citizen you must have a resident visa or a permanent visa.
