We are looking for a Client Support Technician with passion, flexibility, critical sense to integrate our team Main Tasks & Responsibilities: - Post sales assistance to our customers ensuring their satisfaction; - Technical support regarding our product (Updates/Upgrades, Configurations, etc); - Tickets resolution; Profile: - Bachelor’s degree or Technical Course; - Technical knowledge of SQL Server and C# (plus, not mandatory) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Initiative and stress resistance; - Good communication skills – oral & written - Ability to collaborate/teamwork - Client oriented; - Available for shifts; - Fluent Portuguese and a good level of English; If you fit the profile, please submit your CV to ---@--- |
