Function: Microsoft Office 365 senior service manager (m/f) Job Description: • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar; • Minimum 3 year's experience in similar position; • Knowledge of the Office 365 Suite of products; • Experience in incident, Problem and Change Management support in an enterprise environment, Tracking of services and coordination of response to operational issues raised (Performance management, QOS, IPC processes, Lifecycle in run mode, Service Improvement plan, Change requests, Services Requests, Incident backlog, …); • Experience in Management of agreed KPI and Service Level Indicators and manage analysis and actions plan to eradicate issues related to run with multiple stakeholders and contributors; • Fluency in English.
