Know more about Neotalent here http://www.neotalent.pt What is your mission: You will integrate a team in a Neotalent partner project, taking on the role of Senior TV Solutions Architect in the Lisbon area. Key responsibilities: • Define technical approach to IPTV and OTT solutions, provide technical guidance for TV projects • Deliver technical design documentation (e.g. HLD, LLD, Web Sequence Diagrams) • Create complete technical proposals for TV Solution (e.g. solution architecture, requirements compliancy, solution sizing, team sizing) • Identify and analyze security requirements and solution impacts • Provide support for planning activities, providing effort estimation, dependencies assessment • Support Product team activities, mapping and identifying technical impact on functional components • Support both Product Lead/Project Manager on delivery Actions Points, Risks, Issues & Dependencies • Support R&D and Architecture teams in developing Proof-of-Concepts (e.g. in cloud technologies) • Provide technical training to the team, being a source of knowledge on state-of-the-art TV solutions • Interact with client and vendors to support system integration of 3rd party apps, platforms, TV solutions The talent we are looking for: • University Degree (Software Engineering or Computer Science preferably); • Strong technical background (e.g. Solutions Architecture, Development, System Integration, or related) with 5+ years of overall experience • Capable of bridging the gap with Product Teams to identify impact issues on functional design and define TV solution architectures • 2 years of experience in IPTV projects as a Solutions Architect or similar role (preferential) • Good knowledge of IP Networks and ability to conduct network design activities • Ability to think and design scalable solutions • Relevant experience in Linux-based platforms • Experience in liaising with different stakeholders, ranging from technical to product backgrounds • Previous experience with cloud solutions (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP) • Experience in task automation (e.g. bash scripting, PowerShell) • Advanced in English (mandatory).
