As a Triage Specialist you will spearhead defect triage for search features, with a focus on user flows and i18n (internationalization), and provide coordination/prioritization for engineering teams. You will be managing defect reporting and enhancement requests that will provide data/metrics that will contribute to end-to-end defect resolution. Requirements ● 1 to 2 years of experience as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles. ● Logical problem solving skills w/ attention to detail ● Creative, out-of-the-box thinking ● Linux-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualization environment. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering and customer-facing organizations. ● Native English or C1/C2 level. Preferred Qualifications: ● Strong architectural understanding of distributed application frameworks ● Basics with scripting and programming , i.e., Powershell, Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, java etc. ● BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
