Randstad Professionals is recruiting for a multinational automotive industry. Our cliente wants to reinforce their structure with an CyberSecurity Service Delivery Manager (m/f). descrição da função/job description This role includes the following tasks: - Establishing and maintaining tight relationships with all Group CyberSecurity teams as well as business key stakeholders to ensure the best possible collaboration - Defining, implementing and updating a CyberSecurity services catalog with all relevant details - Inform main stakeholders on the execution of their projects - Working in close collaboration with the CyberSecurity Advisory and the CyberSecurity Projects teams to prepare upcoming projects and ensure their proper kick-off - Leading projects & service review meetings, including effectiveness, alignment and quality - Tracking, with the help of the PMO, the entire lifecycle of projects (both CyberSecurity ones and contribution to others), addressing requests for changes in projects planning, budget or features, confirming that the status and responsible team of each project is defined and appropriate at all time (as agreed between Advisory/Project/Operations teams) - Making recommendations for service improvement - Measuring the level of satisfaction of the main stakeholders, escalating when necessary - Defining and updating on a regular basis service performance and quality KPIs. - Report directly to the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) requisitos/requirements The main requirements are the following: - Minimum 3 years of increasing / successful responsibility / experience on at least half of the above duties - Experience in CyberSecurity projects and operations - Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management - Proven experience in change management - Fluency in English - French and/or German is a plus oferta/offer This is the challenge, are you ready for it?
