Randstad Professionals is recruiting for a multinational automotive industry. Our cliente wants to reinforce their structure with an CyberSecurity Office Leader (m/f). descrição da função/job description This role includes the following tasks: - Liaise with CyberSecurity PMO, to capture the project-related budget figures - Track and follow-up all budgeted, actual, engaged and forecasted figures, including CAPEX and OPEX for projects. - Collect from all CyberSecurity team managers and PMO budget expectations for projects for the coming year and prepare and submit a multiyear budget proposal to CyberSecurity Office Director. - Define, produce and update the corresponding budget KPIs and raise necessary alerts - Build / Review / Update / Communicate all CyberSecurity Policies & Standards - Capture requests and update our policies and standards according to information and feedback from external sources, including: Advisory / Audit / Regions. - Manage the lifecycle of all our Policies & Standards to ensure their regular update - Capture all derogations (limited in time) and exceptions (permanent) requested / validated to our various policies and standards. - Send reminders prior to the expiration of the derogations - Keep updated on the cybersecurity market to identify potential interesting partners - Build and maintain an inventory of the security partners and contracts - With the support of CyberSecurity Managers, define and implement all processes enabling to improve efficiency and coordination of the entire CyberSecurity team. - Identify, implement and manage the necessary tools to support the activity of the CyberSecurity team, and its coordination with other teams (eg: GISO, Applications). - Suggest necessary evolution of such tools - Knowledge Base Management (KBM) - Define and manage an internal KBM for the CyberSecurity team - Implement, with the support of awareness team, communication tools to valorise the KBM requisitos/requirements The main requirements are the following: - Seniority in IT domain (CyberSecurity,Operations, Services Delivery) - Masters degree in information technologies - Rigor, autonomy, flexibility - Excellent communication skills (oral, written) - Curiosity - Service-oriented - Good networking skills - Ability to learn-on-the-fly, distinguish mandatory VS optional items oferta/offer This is the challenge, are you ready for it?
