We find, retain and motivate talents. We are now recruiting an Outlook Support Engineer (m/f) for one of our main clients, located in Lisbon. Typical Day in the Role: After 2-4 months, can work from home or in the office, based on individual preference. Start 9 or 10 local time. Check on current live incidents. Schedule calls with customers. Team meetings. Training sessions online/onsite. Triage sessions where ideas can be shared. Work very similar to SLACK. If you have: Know at least two of the following technologies: •Microsoft Office applications & Outlook 2010/2013/2016. •Microsoft Office 365 and/or Exchange on-premise servers administration (2007/2010/2013/2016). •Windows Server concepts and administration (Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Networking). •Networking (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP). Ideally, you might also be certified in: •MCSA: Office 365. •MOS: Microsoft Office Outlook 2013 but if you are not, we will help you. Language: Fluent English and one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French. This opportunity is for you!
