Who are we? As part of Rupeal group, Kwan is an IT Staffing company which specialises in the art of professional fulfilment, making sure that anyone who works with us, from clients, to candidates, to consultants, is in the right path for achieving their motivations! Main Responsibilities: - Monitoring production environments; - Answering Operational user's requests (by phone and written requests); - On Call Duties to cover for eventual incident in production environments; - Contribute to the setup of the Process, Tools and Efficiency. What are the requirements? - Master’s Degree in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university with a good background of software development; - Experience and ability to perform technical analysis, identify impacts (functional/technical); - Good understanding of SQL (preferably in DB2); - Preferable to have at least 1 year working experience with MVS Mainframe tools (TSO, Scheduler OPC, JCL) and its standard commands; - Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry; - Experience of working with applications with many interfaces to other applications.
