Who are we? Main Responsibilities: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new Chatbots; - Analyse the client’s needs and design, document, test, and develop software as required to comply with the functional requirements; - Complete agreed work within established estimates and communicates status and issues promptly. What are the requirements? - Bsc/Msc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject; - Knowledge of Chatbot platforms and working experience in the development, machine learning, NLP technologies or RPA technologies; - Experience in API Management Solutions, with third-party libraries and APIs; - Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle; - Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing); - Ability to work in a multicultural team in-house and remotely; - Python, Git; - Amelia Chatbot (experience/knowledge); - RPA/Process automation (experience/knowledge); - Agile methodologies, and CI tools like Jenkins and Ansible; - Testing Frameworks; - French language (speaking, reading and writing).
