What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Fluent in German (mandatory);
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Experience in Application Support;
- Experience in Help Desk / Service Support;
- Basic knowledge of network configuration;
- Knowledge of PKI certificates ? support and operations;
- Experience with Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of Windows systems;
- Knowledge of Active Directory or another LDAP;
- Problem solving and research skills;
- Ability to learn customer support processes and techniques;
- Knowledge and experience in supporting Single Sign-on is a plus;
- IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification is a plus.
- Personal accompaniment focused on Career Management;
