Cloud Architect (m/f)

We are looking for a Cloud Architect to join directly our Client – a multinational telecommunications company – integrating the Information Systems & Technology team.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

• Architecture definition and design of Cloud solutions in alignment with company guidelines and industry best practices;
• Cloud Infrastructure creation using IaC (Infrastructure as Code) mechanisms;
• Create mechanisms of Operations Automation using CI/CD techniques (Continuous Deployment/Continuous Automation);
• Network configuration in Cloud including VPCs, Subnets, CIDR blocks, Route Tables, Bastion Host, NAT Gateway, Peerings and VPNs;
• Cybersecurity mechanism/controls creation in the Cloud (e.g. Accesses, Encryption, Zoning, LDAPS, etc).

What is required from you?

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or other similar area;
• Previous experience in Public Cloud projects, preferable in a Solution Architecture or Senior Developer role;
• Knowledge of IT telecommunications architecture, applications and systems;
• Good Infrastructure, Network and Security knowledge;
• Good communication and presentation skills (interacts with technical and business audiences);
• Sense of proactivity, good analytic and critical thinking;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
