Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Customer Specialist Azure to integrate our Client internal team, based in Lisbon. Job Description Work closely with customers in understanding their solution needs and driving success with their Azure deployments Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across engineering, sales, services and partner teams. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and monitor feedback for quality assurance. Utilize standard project management methodologies in driving highly effective, predictable, and repeatable processes Typical task breakdown and rhythm: Go into CRM system Looking through verification system Sending email to gather and provide information Scheduling calls with different nominators Updating systems, capturing notes, conversations with fast track team 50% taking on nominations 50% scheduling and having calls for deeper information Qualifications Keen ability to communicate ideas effectively with executives and engineering teams Real day to day customer facing experience and empathy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Balanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem solving, organization and time management. Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a can-do attitude. Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
