We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Report Analyst to join the Sitel team.
Our expectations about you.
As a Report Analyst, you will be responsible for the production of both Operational and Financial KPI reports, in order to help operations management decisions.
Collect and collate Operation and Financial KPI data from our Operations
Create, develop and automate reports that reflect such data
Deliver reports to the Business Analyst team
Analytical thinker in order to optimize day to day tasks and present improvement suggestions
What you need to have.
Proficient English level (C1 minimum)
Advanced Excel Microsoft Office (e.g. pivot tables and macros)
Ability to communicate KPI data and forecasts to employees at all levels
Ability to work proactively and independently
Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with great attention to detail
Education and experience.
College degree, or directly related work experience
Proven experience at least for the past 6 months
Intermediate knowledge of Contact Center management and related calculations
