Specialist Product Support - Thailand (M/F)

 

CHALLENGE

Our Client is a financial system provider in South East Asia, with services aimed for e-commerce and retailers. To expand their services, the team in Bangkok is being expanded, currently looking for a Specialist Product Support to manage and support product technical issues reported via corporate issue monitoring system as second-tier level.

The candidate is also expected to provide deep technical investigation for production issues including program configuration, database querying and having coding skill is benefit but not required. The candidate will work with development, database and infrastructure team to troubleshoot production issue and also prepare test environment by using auto-deployment tools including providing comprehensive tracking records of what have been deployed to the test environment.

It will be required from the candidate the management and resolution of product testing issues by coordinating between tester, developer and infrastructure team. This position requires the performance of live-testing after production deployment and also the creation of simple manuals or guidelines of product new feature for first-tier level support.

 

PROFILE

Graduate Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information System (MIS), Software Engineering or related fields

Have strong troubleshooting skill

Be able to communicate in English for both written and spoken

Be a fast learner with detail-oriented

Be able to work under pressure

Be able to perform multi-tasks

Be able to work on flexible hour as necessary

Thai nationality only

 

Some additional requirements but not mandatory:

Experience in application support, software testing, technical product support

Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, C#, SQL
