Logoplaste HQ is currently seeking to recruit an SAP Logistics & Connectivity Internal Consultant to integrate the SAP department.
Job Summary
SAP Logistics and Connectivity Internal Consultant works as an (internal) functional consultant and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing SAP environment and supporting business users - which include day-to-day support and implementation of SAP projects, new functionalities and improvements, aligned with business requiremts and processes.
Reporting directly to the SAP Support & Development Director, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team.

Key tasks & Activities...
Projects
- Evaluates and analyses project requirements;
- Defines/designs or replicates a solution to the project implementation;
- Conducts SAP configuration to accommodate project requirements, and collects all relevant master data;
- Executes unit test, by functionality, and verifies if system result is as expected;
- Executes integrated tests, with SAP users, runs end-to-end processes to verify final result;
- Supports implementations by sharing best practices, training and knowledge sharing;
- Prepares project launch (go live) and provides post-implementation support on site/remote;
- Configures communication and interfaces tools like IDOC / Webservice.
Support to Users & Enhancements to the System
- Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in supporting user and designing SAP solutions;
- Receives support requests from users by ticketing system (OTRS), classifies ticked depending of service and functionality;
- Understands and applies Logoplaste's methodologies and procedures, by respecting the Service Level Objectives (SLO) defined;
- Assists with responding to user requirements and problem resolution;
- Performs root cause analysis, and replies to user either by clarifying a question, implementing a corrective measure to the system or implementing an improvement to the system based on a user's need;
- Conducts configuration or customization changes to accommodate change requests, and performs tests in test system/environment;
- Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP;
- Updates configuration or customization in development system, and transports to productive environment, after positive results in testing;
-Analyze and maintain SAP integration tools.
Who we are looking for…
Background and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar function;
- Degree in Engineering or IT;
- SAP technical knowledge;
- Knowledge of logistics and SCM processes (including WM);
- SAP interfaces, communications and connectivity with other systems (IDOC, WEBSERVICES, etc.) will be highly valuated.
Technical Skills
- SAP Logistics/SCM modules configuration;
- Methodology in information systems;
- Fluent in English language.
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Team skills along with an enthusiastic and proactive approach;
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to their current role, whilst being an effective communicator at all levels;
- Possess good interpersonal skills, along with excellent organizational skills and job prioritization;
- Good analytical skills;
