Who are we? Main Responsibilities: - Be in contact with project teams, gather needs and strengths; - Promote workshops, coaching and training - share the knowledge; - Develop a global community about best practices; - Obtain a very good understanding on the company's organization and be able to challenge it; - Be the driver for the change and adoption of best practices, both in Development and Ops; - Develop and gather indicators to measure and show the program progression; - Be proactive in continuous process improvement. What are the requirements? - Excellent communication skills, be able and comfortable to be a coach/trainer, fluent in English; - Highly motivated to support change and face adversity; - Work well with multicultural teams and location; - Solid knowledge in software development best practices (DevOps, TDD, BDD, coding conventions); - Experience in Agile context; - Solid knowledge in Continuous Integration best practices; - Java and Java frameworks; - Test frameworks (Cucumber, Selenium, JUnit and JMeter); - Jenkins, Nexus, Subversion and Git; - Docker, SonarQube, groovy script , Jenkins pipeline and Maven 3; - Python and nodeJS nice-to-have.
