Profile: - Must be fluent in English, both written and oral; - Proven experience in Release Management; - Knowledge of principles and methodologies of the change management process; - Have excellent communication skills; - Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts; - Autonomy and proactivity; - Ability to work effectively with different countries and nationalities; - Availability to travel. Main tasks and Responsibilities: - Forward Plan release windows and cycles across portfolios; - Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release, deploy, schedule and quality; - Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams in different locations; - Communicate release details and schedules to the Stakeholders; - Plan and manage all release deploy activities; - Lead and co-ordinate the deployment activities including the execution of the technical deployment, Plans and checklists; - Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings to discuss release scope and/ or roadblocks; - Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists; - Continually work towards making improvements in the Release Management process.
