- About us - We are Volograms, a venture-backed startup on a mission to bring reality capture closer to everyone. Volograms’ technology enables the capture of real people and moving objects into volumetric holograms, volograms. These can be experienced within video games, apps or social media networks like Snapchat or Instagram, using smartphones, tablets, AR and VR headsets. This allows institutions, brands, creative agencies and individuals to bring immersive storytelling to the next level. - About you - Excited to lead the design of the cloud architecture behind an innovative tech solution? Are you ready to take on responsibilities and manage company-wide initiatives? Then this role is for you! As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will work alongside our CTO to design and develop Volograms’ cloud solutions using cutting-edge technologies on AWS. You will also work with the rest of the team to develop the next generation of volumetric video services. At Volograms, you will have the opportunity to continuously learn and explore, use the latest technologies, and be a part of this fast-paced adventure, with a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, free snacks and coffee, and many more benefits! - Skills we look for - ▾ Strong general programming skills and experience with JavaScript (Node.js) or Python on the server side. ▾ Experience with AWS and Well-Architected Framework. ▾ Experience having designed at least one API from scratch. ▾ Experience working with CI/CD tools and processes. ▾ Experience with serverless computing and Infrastructure as a Code will be valued. ▾ Experience with developing HPC architecture in the cloud will be valued. - Join us! - Interested in joining this adventure?
