We are looking for fluent Russian speakers to become part of the Helpdesk Support team (1st line) of one of the largest customer experience companies in the world.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
Your role will be the 1st line of helpdesk support, helping with the day to day IT issues or with any IT request needed.
What is required from you?
• Experience in CRM and ticketing platforms (i.e. Zendesk, Helpshift, Salesforce or other similar) will be valued;
• Able to pick up new technology quickly;
• English as a second language (C1 minimum);
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal);
• Trust and Passionate people, able to Inspire others and Add value showing Empathy;
• Availability to work 8 hours/ day, 40 hours/ week, rotating shifts (between 6 am - 12 pm, Monday to Friday).
