For this to happen “precisamos de uma mão”. We are looking for a Technical Lead passionate for best practices and eager to make an impact on people’s lives. Are you the one? The wonders you will perform: - Be an amazing leader who will maximize other’s potential and inspire them to perform greatness - Hardcore development (you love building software and know how to get things done) - Gather customer requirements and assess their technical feasibility - Lead the delivery of the technical team distributing tasks and escalating roadblocks - Participate in meetings and decisions of topics that impact the architecture of the application - Provide support in the assembly of a new Team (you have a say regarding the recruitment of your teammates) - Mentor and retain great developers (because you too will need a “mão”) REQUIREMENTS You rock-on if you: - Feel as at home in a high-performing team and make the other team members feel at home as well - Have previous experience with .NET Framework Programming and ASP.NET solutions - Have previous experience with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework (Code First) and coding patterns as DDD, IoC, dependency injection, RESTful API - Are skilled in problem solving It’s even more amazing if you have: - Previous experience with SharePoint and Office 365 solutions is highly valuable - Knowledge of Transact SQL (T-SQL) syntax and database development on SQL Server - Previous experience with Scrum (preferred) Your accomplishments (so far): - Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience using the Microsoft Technology Stack and the .NET framework - Minimum of 3 years of experience in ASP.NET development - English proficiency (mandatory) - Previous experience as Technical Lead (highly valuable) OUR STACK We commonly use the following technologies and frameworks: - .NET - SharePoint - Office365 - Javascript (ES6, React, Backbone, Webpack, Apollo) - HTML5, CSS3 (SASS) - GraphQL BENEFITS You can expect the following from us: - Indefinite type of contract (contrato sem-termo) - Flexible working hours (whether you prefer to start your day earlier or later) - Possibility to work from home occasionally - Benefits regarding transportation, food, health insurance and kindergarten - Get ready for the ride of your life.
