MISSION
To join our Customer Assistance team based in Lisbon. Deliver a world-class customer support service, by responding to technical issues according to customers’ expectations both in time and quality of services, providing a complete and diversified pack of services, helping Customers optimize their contact center operations, and by maintaining an effective multichannel communication process during all Customer Assistance interactions.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for graduates in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Electronics or related Engineering fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory), with knowledge in Windows Servers and Virtualization and experience in network protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SSH) and of adjacent technologies, holding Cisco Certifications (e.g.,CCNA, CCNP) or industry recognized certifications. Strong communication, teamwork and customer orientation skills are prized and with a passion about networking, information technology or computer science.
Knowledge in administrative and systems technical support (Linux/Windows) or contact center (PABX/CTI) functions is valued.
