Helpdesk Technician - Oeiras/Paço de Arcos

Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to integrate our clients team, based in Oeiras, Paço de Arcos. The Helpdesk Technicians main responsibility is to provide service and costumer support.
Your responsibilities include:
• Provide remote support via Telephone as well as on-premises support
• Registering tickets in a ticketing tool (ServiceDesk)
• User management in Active Directory environment
• Management of accesses to corporate tools and file servers
• Wireless user management
• Configuration and deployment of workstations
• Software and licensing facilities
• Hardware installations and drivers
• Interaction with corporate support teams
You must have:
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems
• Prior work experience as a helpdesk (using the Service Desk ticketing tool)
• Availability to work from 12:00pm until 21:00pm
