CANDIDATA-TE AQUI - http://bit.ly/2FlCvhV General Qualifications/Technical Requirements: • Senior position, minimum 5 years of experience in Field Support; • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills including root-cause analysis; • Strong ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely fashion; • Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects; • Professional and courteous attitude with attention to customer service; • Interact with business and other IT teams to answer questions, resolve problems and address requests; • 5/8 years Second Level Desktop Support experience supporting Microsoft Windows; • Ability to identify, isolate and resolve IT problems / requests; • Microsoft Office 2016/Office 365; • Experience of configuring mobile devices e.g. iOS, Android and Blackberry; • Experience working with security systems like Anti-Virus, Web Proxy, etc.; • Ability to use helpdesk management tools to log/monitor/close client problems/requests; • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory; • Contact Center environment experience is preferred; • Excellent documentation and communication skills; • Excellent planning and organizational skills; • Experience interfacing with help desk customers.
