Human Profiler is a Consultancy Company, providing Search&Recruitment services for our clients in different areas and countries. Our partner is a based in the Porto, is looking for a Lead Software Architect (m/f).

The hired professional will have as main responsibilities:

Design and validate architectures and programming practices for all the teams based in Microsoft and web-based Technologies;

- Lead technical innovation strategy, Proof-of-concepts and innovation projects;

- Drive innovation initiatives in the department, including support in the development of partnerships and projects co-financed with universities;

- Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentoring to the engineering teams

Requirements:

- MSc in Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent.

- Proficiency in Microsoft and Web based technologies (c#, MVC, Azure, javascript)

- Specialist in SP.NET / Javascript / HTML or other web development frameworks;

- Agile;

- Proficiency in Patterns & Practices;

- Knowledge in Software Prototyping; Unit Tests; DevOps;

- Good communication, organization, leadership and dynamic skills;

- Be a People person;

- Fluency in English;

- Availability for occasional trips abroad.
