Challenge

Our Client is a multinational consulting firm in the technology sector offering a wide range of solutions and services, including consulting, infrastructure services, implementation, development and maintenance of applications, and outsourcing services. With a total turnover of €375 million in 2017 and a workforce made up of more than 4,000 highly qualified professionals, already has a direct presence on five continents.

This professional will be integrated in research projects for European Commission, which range from electrical engines to catastrophes prevention, water management, nuclear security, among others.

This person will be involved in the development of software applications and will also be responsible for implementing user requirements, performing tests, creating documentation and integrating this software with other systems.

Profile

• European Citizenship (mandatory)
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Working experience on web application development ( Javascript, PHP, JSP Tomcat/servlet, CSS, XML): 6 years
• Working experience with DRUPAL: 2 years
• Working experience with database systems and SQL: 4 years
• Desirable expertise/knowledge:
• Working experience with Oracle database
• Working experience on Web services development
• Working experience with programming in Java
• Working experience on programs for anonymous web access such as TOR or JAP
• Knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of fundamental concepts of data management
• Knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques
