What will be your main task and responsibilities? •Manage the development team; •Manage the projects timeline, define de main milestones and ensure the deadline accomplishment; •Mentor and train younger software engineers; •Drive to collaborate with different stakeholders. What is required from you? •BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or similar areas; •Minimum 02 years of experience on people management and project delivering roles; •Previous professional background in development roles (C#, TypeScript, React, CSS, Containers); •Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures and Object Oriented Design; •Knowledge of development best practices, continuous delivery and testing; •Good communication and relational skills; •Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
