We are on board and looking for highly motivated and experienced HR Consultants to develop, implement and manage recruitment processes within the ICT field. What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? •Manage and develop recruitment processes in the ICT area ensuring desirable outcomes for all parties; •Understand recruitment needs, define sourcing and recruitment strategies; •Market search through various sources and techniques (database, advertising, direct search, social media, referrals); •Perform screening and curricular analysis, F2F interviews with critical soft and hard skills evaluation; •Build strong relationships with candidates and customers in order to increase success or develop new business opportunities; •Update and maintain internal databases and systems. What is required from you? •Higher Education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or similar; •Proven track record of full cycle IT recruitment experience; •Demonstrated experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches; •Experience conducting competency based interviews and assessment techniques (will be valued); •Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with strong attention to detail; •Skilled in establishing productive and effective working relationships; •Strong technology drive and learning ability (boolean, email marketing, advanced social media skills) to market and find the best active and passive candidates; •Strong analytical capacity, planning, organization and priority setting; •High sense of autonomy, responsibility and proactivity; •Fluency in English (oral and written).
