Your responsibilities include: - Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. - Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. - Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. - Walk the customer through the problem-solving process. - Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures. You must have: - Experience in service desk related functions (off-site support) - 12th grade level (mandatory); - Fluency in English (not mandatory); - Experience in user support (Service Desk - remote support) - Available to work on shifts; - Knowledge of Active Directory; Apply here http://talentportal.claranet.pt/#/jobs/612 |
